This is my first experience with Dr. Kasten. I’m very fearful of dentists but he was very compassionate; he calmed my fears by talking through each step of the procedure. Dr. Kasten and his staff created a warm and welcoming environment and I highly recommend this office.

This was my first visit and I was pleased to the max. The staff was professional, caring and well informed. They took their time with me and put me at ease while discussing a treatment plan. The facility itself is spotless with state of the art equipment and easy parking in the front of the building.

One could not ask for a finer or more attentive professional staff than the one offered by the Amsterdam Dental Group. All who work in this superb office offer the finest possible attention, care, and availability. I had a dental emergency yesterday. I was scheduled immediately by a member of the front line reception staff (each member so kind and knowledgable), Although my dentist was working at another location, the problem was solved by another superb member of the dental team. I am and will remain deeply grateful. I cannot recommend this group of dedicated professionals more highly.

I feel completely comfortable in the dental office/chair. My triple bypass surgeon and my knee replacement surgeon offered none of assurance and care that Doctor Kasten readily gave. Both the good doctor and his team are a blessing. Not just as professionals but as human beings! And we have only begun 36 hours later and my upper jaw is feeling pretty good. Thanks!! My wonderful dentist recommended me to go to Dr Kasten to have my tooth implant done and so thankful I did. He explained the procedure well and what to expect and about how long would this take so finally after about 5 months and got the finished crown inserted looks beautiful and I have a choice to test it out if I am happy with the aesthetics , indeed I am happy . The place is very clean and has the modern appeal and the staff and his assistants are so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the free cold water in their fridge available to clients . Thank you Dr Kasten and staff !
